Ingredients

Scale

1 16oz Pack of Mrs. Miller’s Medium Egg Noodles
1 LB Ground Beef
1 Small Onion, diced
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
2 C Tomato Juice or 1 Can Tomato Soup
2 C Frozen Peas
¾ LB Velveeta Cheese, sliced
Salt & Pepper to Taste


Instructions

• Cook Mrs. Miller’s Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
• Brown Ground Beef with the diced Onion in a skillet
• Add the Soups, and Peas to the warm Noodles
• Add the Tomato Juice to the Ground Beef and Onion mixture
• Using a 9 x 13″ casserole dish, layer the Noodle mixture, then Ground Beef mixture, and repeat
• Place the Cheese on top covering the casserole
• Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve hot
