Mustard Cheese Dip
Serve this Mustard Cheese Dip piping hot with your favorite things to dip in cheese – like salted Pretzel Rods. YUM!

For the Roux:
- 2 TBS Unsalted Butter
- 2 TBS Unbleached Flour
- 3/4 Cup Milk
For the Dip:
- 2 Cups Velveeta Cheese, cubed small
- 3 Heaping Tablespoons of Mrs. Miller’s Mild Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Melt Unsalted Butter in a medium pot, then add Flour and whisk vigorously until a paste forms. Add Milk and continue to whisk until the Roux thickens.
Add Velveeta, or other melting cheese, Mrs. Miller’s Mild Mustard, Salt and Pepper, and whisk until all the cheese is melted and smooth.
