Amish Wedding Noodles
There’s really nothing quite like sharing a comforting meal with family on a Sunday, wouldn’t you agree? Here’s our Amish Wedding Noodles served up in individual crocks, ready and waiting to be savored by the whole gang.

For the Noodles:
- 1 16oz pack of Mrs. Miller’s Old Fashioned Medium Egg Noodles
- 48oz Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
- 3/4 TBSP Mrs. Miller’s Chicken Flavored Soup Base
- 10oz Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
- 6 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- 8oz Melting Cheese such as Velveeta
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Once combined, push into an unlined, greased muffin tin.
Bake at 350º F for 35 minutes. Remove from tin and let cool slightly.
Place Mashed Potatoes in an icing bag or ziplock with a corner cut off and pipe them onto the top of the Meatloaf.
Top with Shredded Cheddar and a BBQ drizzle.
