Amish Wedding Noodles Recipe

For the Noodles:
- 1 16oz pack of Mrs. Miller’s Old Fashioned Medium Egg Noodles
- 48oz Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
- 3/4 TBSP Mrs. Miller’s Chicken Flavored Soup Base
- 10oz Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
- 6 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- 8oz Melting Cheese (such as Velveeta)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Bring Chicken Broth, Water, and Salt to a boil. Once boiling, add Mrs. Miller’s Medium Egg Noodles and boil slowly for 12-15 minutes, or until tender.
Reduce the heat slightly. Add the butter, Mrs. Miller’s Chicken Flavored Soup Base, cream of mushroom soup, melting cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover tightly and let it set for 15-20 minutes before serving. Stir again just before serving.
