Ingredients
For the Bars
- Cooking Spray
- 1 12 oz Container of Mrs. Millers Peanut Butter Marshmallow Spread
- 5 Cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal
For the Topping
- 1 Cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Butterscotch Chips
Method
Make the Bars:
Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray
Heat up peanut butter spread in a pan over medium heat. Add rice cereal and stir until well coated
Press mixture into the prepared baking dish
Make the Topping:
Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly
Spread evenly over cereal mixture
Let stand until firm, about 20 minutes. Cut into 24 bars and enjoy
